Pinewood Shepperton Studios reduced a week's work to around half an hour by installing Post Production Pro from Deskspace and powered by FileMaker Pro in their Post Production Department.

Post Production Pro is a business management information system for professionals working in post production leveraging the power of FileMaker Pro 9. It's designed to be used by workgroups of both administration and technical staff, running equally well on Mac and Windows computers.
Having spent time with the studio and developing an understanding of the system that would benefit them, Deskspace's knowledge of the way the post-production suites worked enabled them to make suggestions which would improve workflow processes.
Technical staff run Post Production Pro whilst undertaking their own specialist work and are able to:
- Review the virtual whiteboard and check progress on associated jobs or tasks
- Mark off their own tasks as complete
- Check or enter their own time or overtime
Administrative colleagues now have a live view of exactly who is doing what with full historical data for management reporting, developing price quotes and the rate card.
The time recording and billing system included within Post Production Pro draws on Deskspace's past experience in the legal sector and provides their clients with a substantial competitive advantage over their competition.
