The solution gives you the capability of creating an organisation or several organisations if you wish, and adding as many members to each organisation as required.

  • The solution gives you the capability of creating an organisation or several organisations if you wish, and adding as many members to each organisation as required.
  • You can choose which organisation a member is attached to at the point of entering the data.
  • Each member can have multiple people who work for or are attached to the member record.
  • You can then add any person who is attached to a member to the organisation as part of a committee and also declare their roles within the organisation.
  • Also add and control events which the organisation may run from general meetings through to seminars etc – the type of which the user can determine.

A member can have the following status (which is automatically derived):

  • 'unregistered' – which means that the member has been entered into the database but has not yet tendered any registration fess !
  • 'active' – which means that the member has tendered registration fees and the 'expires' date is greater than or equal to today
  • 'expired' – which means that the member has had an active membership but that the expires date is prior to today!

Searches can easily be performed to find all members, non-members or ex-members just by using this field!
