It's easy to bring your AppleWorks databases and spreadsheets into Bento:

First, you will want to save your AppleWorks file as a .tsv file for use in Bento. Learn how (US Website)
Next, launch Bento 3 and follow the steps below:
- Choose File > Import > File.
- Click Choose, then select your AppleWorks .tsv file.
- Follow the instructions for creating a new Bento library.

Note: Bento imports each row of your AppleWorks spreadsheet as a record.

Because Bento integrates with Address Book, you can print mailing labels directly from Address Book. If you need labels for a purpose other than mailing, simply export the data from Bento and print from another application such as iWork Pages or Microsoft Word.
