Get your information under control
When you need to create daily project lists, weekly sales reports, monthly newsletters or mailing labels, FileMaker Pro has tools to produce what you want, sorted the way you want. Sort your information in ascending order, descending order, or in a custom order. For example, you might want to sort a weekly sales report from the first order to the last order entered for the week or you might want to sort it from largest sale to smallest sale. The choice is up to you.
Find it when you need it
When someone calls, you will have the information at hand. Simple tools help you quickly find data records you specify, such as a particular contact, or all the projects open at a particular moment in time, and view it on the screen.
Search databases without typing
With the FileMaker Fast Match feature, you can select information from the current field and with one mouse click, find all matching records. Simply click on any field, then right click (or ctrl-click on Mac) and select "Find Matching Records" to automatically perform a find for that field using its content as the search criteria.
Analyse large sets of data
If you have large amounts of information that you need to organise, sort through and analyse, then FileMaker is for you.
