The Client Challenge

With a contact database from over 100 airline pilots Associations throughout the world, IFALPA was spending a vast number of man-hours managing and updating its members' details in order to maintain the level of information required and to enable it to produce its quarterly membership directory.

In addition, it required a tailored information management tool which would enable it to manage documents and make these available online for committee members based across the globe.

The FileMaker Solution

FileMaker Business Alliance Member, TidalWave UK, was called in by IFALPA to create a solution which would advance its contact and document management databases and enable members to access collateral and update their own information through its new website.

Utilising FileMaker's easy-to-use database software, TidalWave UK has developed an information management tool to not only meet IFALPA's specific needs but also provide a solution that can also continually evolve with the organisation.
