This patient questionnaire solution replaces questionnaires previously completed on paper and aims to improve medical care.
The solution saves doctors time spent scoring questionnaires. Time that was often available only after the patient's appointment, when it was too late to act on the interpretation of the results. The questionnaires are simple and convenient for patients to complete, but a complex set of scoring rules must be applied for the clinical significance of the answers to become apparent. The solution calculates the patient's score automatically and is integrated with the hospital's patient records management system, where patient information and questionnaire results are stored. This sample iOS solution is limited in functionality as it does not send scores to any records management system.
